Shipping & Refunds

PROCESSING TIMES:

This is the time it takes for us to get your order made, packaged and posted. Whilst we aim to process as quickly as possible so our midwifery students are not without, our normal processing times are 5 to 7 business days. If you require a rushed order please contact us via the contact page or hello@midshop.com.au. However this cannot always be guaranteed.

Please note, at times of increased demand the processing times may become extended. In this case, you will be contacted.

SHIPPING / POSTAGE:

The current service we use to send your items is Australia Post. For the convenience and being mindful of everyone's varying budgets, we offer three postage options.

- Standard Untracked Post

Only available for orders up to $15.00 due to the risk of loss, we are not responsible for orders lost choosing this postage method.

- Standard Tracked Registered Post

Most commonly used, sent via tracked post. You will receive details of tracking number on lodgement to our local Australia Post Office.

- Express Post

If you're in need of an order quickly, please choose this option. Please note, next business day delivery only operates between capital cities (excluding Darwin; and for Perth delivery into the CBD only) and some major centres. Visit the Australia Post website for postcodes that are eligible for express post.

REFUNDS:

- Digital Items

Midshop does not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on any digital download (PDF). The file that is sent, or made available to the customer on receipt of payment will not be refunded. Once a digital item has been purchased it is not able to be returned.

-Physical Items

In addition to your ACCC rights, Midshop offers a seven (7) day return policy. This time frame is from receipt of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in brand new condition, in original packaging - sealed. Cost of return postage is the customers responsibility. Please contact us as soon as possible for returns.

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges are not typically accepted for change of mind. However we are happy to replace any damaged or defective items free of charge. Please contact us as soon as possible for an exchange.

DAMAGE / MISSING ITEMS:

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us if any damages have occurred or items are missing from your order, within seven (7) days.

SALES:

If you missed a sale / discount code, be on the lookout for new sales. We do not backdate or rain check sale prices.

CLEARANCE:

All items purchased on clearance are final and not eligible for refund, exchange or cancellation.
